Description: Elstree House is a large redevelopment scheme, which saw the transformation of a tired office building into 79, 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments with panoramic winter balconies, duplex apartments and rooftop penthouses. Aluk systems were used for the windows, doors and curtain walling throughout and included 75sets of 4,5 and 6 pane bi-folding doors, which accentuate the feeling of open plan living and offer expansive views across the town.
