Description: The 1-2 Hardwick St project involved the refurbishment and modernisation of an existing office building near the Exmouth market. A new glazed rooftop pavilion was created to provide additional floor space and offer a landmark architectural feature which provides far reaching and panoramic views across the city. Schuco FW50+ was incorporated as part of a lean to curtain walling structure which also included oversize double glazed units in excess of 10m2 and structurally bonded frameless roof returns. A jet black glass rainscreen cladding system was utilised around the stair and lift overrun to complete the transformation.
