Description

This distinctive redevelopment project focuses on transforming a 14,000 sq.ft. office building situated right next to the iconic Carnaby Street, in the dynamic and bustling heart of Soho. The ambitious scheme includes an expansive 1,100 sq.ft. roof extension, which features a stunning new rooftop terrace that offers breathtaking views and a vibrant outdoor space for tenants and visitors alike. On the ground floor, the design introduces a contemporary office entrance lobby that enhances accessibility and aesthetic appeal, alongside a spacious 1,400 sq.ft. retail unit that opens onto the lively Marshall Street, catering to the area’s thriving shopping culture. Furthermore, the project exemplifies sustainable design by achieving a prestigious BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating, reflecting a commendable score of 71.3% under the 2014 UK Refurbishment and Fit-out Assessment, underscoring its commitment to environmentally responsible practices and energy efficiency. This innovative redevelopment not only revitalizes the space but also contributes positively to the vibrant fabric of Soho.
